Im Rahmen der Generalsanierung des Gasteig München, Europas größtem Kulturzentrum mit jährlich rund 1,8 Millionen Besuchern, entwickelte und plante die FC-Gruppe die interne Buch- und Medienlogistik der Bibliothek mittels einer schienengebundenen Kleingütertransportanlage. Als Teil des Planungsteams unter der Federführung von HENN Architekten und AEC3 Deutschland trug die FC-Gruppe zum ausgezeichneten BIM-Konzept des Projekts bei, das 2021 mit dem buildingSMART BIM Champion Award in der Kategorie Planung prämiert wurde.
