A visualisation derived from a BIM model enables a highly detailed representation of building elements and design aspects, which means potential clashes can be spotted visually and design states communicated more clearly. This contributes to proactive conflict resolution during design and improves overall coordination between the design participants and the client.

Using IFC (Industry Foundation Classes) we enable interoperable transfer of building data between the various BIM software applications of all project participants. This supports collaboration within the project team and ensures consistent data exchange across the different phases of a construction project.

Using BIM-based clash management, potential conflicts in the design data and incomplete coordination between the different trades can be identified and resolved in the early design phases. By integrating geometry and information, a smooth construction phase can be achieved.
