Our approach
We combine architecture, engineering design and operational organisation into one shared design process. All disciplines work together on a coordinated design basis and are managed centrally. Design states are thus agreed early, interfaces reduced and decisions taken on a common design basis.

Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and security systems are coordinated across trades. That creates technical systems matched optimally to each other for safe, efficient building operation.
Operational organisation
Spatial structures and functional areas are consistently aligned with later operations. The result is buildings that support processes, shorten distances and use capacity optimally.
Sustainability & certification
Sustainability targets are integrated into the design early and implemented economically. On request we support certification to DGNB, BNB or QNG.
Tendering & procurement
We support tendering and procurement procedures from the specification to the award decision. Transparent processes create a basis for decisions and secure economical project delivery.
Project management
Design participants, schedule, cost and quality are coordinated and actively managed across all project phases. Deviations are identified early and can be corrected in a targeted way.
