We prepare fire protection certificates for new builds, existing buildings and special structures. Use, building class, protection goals and building law requirements are brought together into one coherent certificate.

Building-specific fire protection concepts define all the structural, systems-related and organisational measures required. They form the basis for permit procedures and for later implementation in the project.

We integrate fire protection into every design phase and coordinate the requirements with architecture, structural engineering and building services. The result is coordinated design solutions that are ready for approval.

We supervise the fire protection works on site, coordinate deviations and support handovers to ensure the approved design is implemented properly.

Existing buildings are assessed for their fire protection condition. On that basis we develop upgrade measures that take existing structures, ongoing operations and current regulations into account.

We prepare fire safety regulations, escape and rescue plans and fire brigade plans, and support the implementation of organisational measures for safe building operation.
