We develop takt concepts, structure construction sections and synchronise the workflows of all trades. Through clearly defined work takts, stable interfaces and continuous takt control, we reduce waiting times, increase utilisation and create a predictable construction sequence with high schedule certainty.

Facilitation

We establish structured management and coordination formats such as lean workshops, Last Planner sessions and shopfloor meetings. Deviations spotted early are assessed together and measures initiated directly. This improves transparency, speeds up decisions and increases commitment within the project team.

Lean transformation

We support companies in introducing lean construction – from developing suitable organisational and control models to embedding new ways of working for the long term. The result is standardised processes, clearly defined responsibilities and a project organisation that enables continuous improvement systematically.

Unclear responsibilities and differing project interests often cause friction on site. Our certified commercial mediators support structured conflict resolution, facilitate critical decision processes and strengthen collaboration between everyone involved. Lean Construction Management

Our methodological expertise combines lean construction with digital design and management methods into an end-to-end project approach. As an active member of the German Lean Construction Institute (GLCI), through our collaboration with universities and our involvement in the VDI, we bring current scientific findings and field-proven methods directly into our projects. We thereby keep developing lean and BIM methods further and support companies in lastingly optimising project organisation, management processes and collaboration.

Für die neue Konzernzentrale der Heidelberg Materials AG am Standort Heidelberg übernahm die FC-Gruppe Leistungen in den Bereichen Qualitätssicherung, Lean Management und Technisches Controlling. Das moderne Verwaltungsgebäude vereint flexible Arbeitswelten, Konferenzbereiche und ein zukunftsorientiertes Energiekonzept und stellte hohe Anforderungen an Planung, Koordination und Qualitätssicherung.

Schwarz Digits Campus

Beim Bau des Schwarz Digits Campus in Bad Friedrichshall unterstützte die FC-Gruppe die Lean-Projektsteuerung durch den Einsatz analoger und digitaler Lean-Management-Methoden. Taktorientierte Abstimmungen, strukturierte Steuerungsformate und die koordinierte Zusammenarbeit der Projektbeteiligten trugen zu einer stabilen Projektabwicklung und der termingerechten Umsetzung des Bauvorhabens bei.
