Through model-based clash detection, transparent cost and schedule control and early coordination of all trades, design risks were reduced, execution quality assured and efficient, sustainable building operation made possible.

Im Rahmen des Campusprojekts übernahmen wir die Planung der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung für ein zukunftsorientiertes Arbeitsumfeld mit rund 4.500 Mitarbeitenden. Neben Büro- und Konferenzbereichen umfasst der Campus ein Betriebsrestaurant, eine Sporthalle und eine zentrale Plaza. Mit einem kinetischen Energiespeicher erfüllt das Areal höchste Anforderungen an die Versorgungssicherheit und Nachhaltigkeit nach DGNB Platin.

Für die Hubschrauberlandeplattform planten wir die Fördertechnik mit schienengebundenen Transportsystemen und Drehtellern, die einen schnellen und sicheren Transport des Hubschraubers zwischen Landeplatz und Hangar ermöglichen. So werden Betriebsabläufe optimiert und die Einsatzbereitschaft der Luftrettung dauerhaft sichergestellt – wenn jede Minute zählt.
