As a core capability in HOAI work stage 8, we supervise the contract-compliant execution of all construction work. Quality, schedule and cost, along with the coordination of the building structure (cost group 300) and building services (cost group 400), are assured continuously.

Continuous quality checks assure the contract-compliant execution of all construction work. Site inspections, technical tests, handovers and expert assessments create transparency about the state of execution and secure lasting build quality through to successful handover.

Digital site processes create transparency about quality and construction progress. Defects are captured on mobile devices, documented, prioritised and tracked through to successful rectification. This shortens communication paths, reduces processing times and documents decisions traceably.

Structured construction documentation is the basis for transparency and traceability. Progress, changes, inspections and decisions are documented digitally and are available to the client and all project participants at any time as a reliable basis for information.

Our site supervisors draw on the interdisciplinary know-how of the entire FC-Gruppe. Architects, building services engineers, building physicists and other specialists support complex technical questions and enable better decisions right there during construction.
